When riding snowmobiles in this area & elsewhere, you will need to prepare for changing weather conditions. This can be very extreme during the winter months. It may be sunny and mild when you start out, but you could experience snow storms and sub-zero temperatures before the day is out.
What to bring:
* D.O.T./Snell rated helmet, preferably with fog resistant shield or goggles.
* Warm, Windproof, Waterproof Gear
that is also breathable. Such as: WARM bibs/gloves/jacket & boots, face mask or balaclava, thick socks, sunglasses or goggles or eye protection or have a helmet with anti-fog shield. Be prepared for wind and blowing snow.
Due to the neverending COVID strains, (for obvious reasons) we generally do not provide helmets or riding gear for YOUR safety. It is difficult to sterilize a helmet properly! Helmets can easily be procured on facebook marketplace for as little as $5.

Rental Deposit and Balance Due Policy
A deposit is due at time of reservation and the balance will be due at the time of your rental pick-up date or can be prepaid in full. Discounts may apply.
All drivers MUST BEAT LEAST AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & possess a snowmobile operators permit IF required.
Waiver / Rental Agreement must be filled out and signed at time of pick up.
Credit (NOT Debit) Card number will be held (but not charged) as damage deposit unless there is damage upon return.
CANCELATION POLICY

lf you must cancel your reservation and we are notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled tour time, we will refund your payment in full minus 9% to cover initial and reverse transaction fees. If you are a no-show or cancel for any reason less than 14 days prior to your scheduled tour time, we cannot refund any portion of the payment. All sales within 14 days are final and non-refundable. 2SledsAndaTrailer.com LLC cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health-related issues, family emergencies, injuries, winter road conditions, public transportation delays, traffic jams, or inclement weather. When you make your reservation, we are reserving a space for you and now turning away other potential guests. Extenuating circumstances such as unrideable, dangerous, or unnavigable trails or closed trails may be cancelled and refunded by 2SledsAndaTrailer.com LLC at our option, and refunded. Low snow, rough trails or weather ARE NOT reasons for cancellation, these factors are all part of the sport of snowmobiling. If conditions permit and agreed to by both parties, rentals may be rescheduled to another date, or a prepaid rental certificate of equivalent value can be issued at customer's option that can be used by customer, traded or sold, or used as a gift. Certificates are serial numbered and can be used any year any season for snowmobiles or other rentals such as watercraft.

Goverment Contracts: There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever except in the unlikely event of equipment failure or unavailability.
